NON COMMERCIAL WORK

✦ Payment must be rendered before beginning a project. PayPal only.
✦ No artwork is allowed to be utilized for NFTs.
✦ No artwork is allowed to be utilized for AI training and generation.
✦ The artist retains the right to display and promote all artwork.
✦ The client cannot claim ownership, edit, or profit from the artwork.
✦ Commercial work is subject to additional terms and a contract in place.
✦ I am committed to your project. If I cannot complete it, I’ll issue a refund.
✦ Communication conducted via social media DM or email ([email protected]). I’ll provide project updates when found necessary or upon request.

COMMERCIAL WORK

✦ Commercial work has to be disclosed as such immediately.
✦ Commercial work is subject to additional fees.
✦ Details about ownership, editing, and profit from the artwork must be disclosed via contract.
